Suzanne is truly such a gift to both me and my 5-year old son. He, as a child diagnosed with autism and ADHD, really struggles with big emotions, connecting with others and forming relationships where he feels heard and valued; whether with his peers or the adults and professionals around him.

From our very first visit, however, Suzanne was able to make him feel safe and wanted in her presence. She connected with him on his level, engaged and continues to engage with him in a way that keeps him excited for the next visit, and does so in a way where she has been truly able to see my son for who he is, without all the explaining that parents like myself feel we often have to do. She has naturally picked up on our home dynamic, our challenges as a family, his wants and needs as an individual and has responded to each and every one of those with tailored advice, well thought-out resources, and planning to suit both our long-term goals and our current situation. She operates with absolutely no judgement and I am totally confident in my ability to approach her with any issues we may be facing, knowing that she will respond with only our best interests in mind. 
My son has made some real and genuine progress since starting with Suzanne and is starting to understand aspects of himself in ways that I know are a direct response to how she engages with him; from identifying his emotions more readily, to making decisions that positively impact both his confidence and self-worth. He looks forward to his sessions every time and I am incredibly grateful to Suzanne for how she has helped our family so far, and we really do look forward to all the future progress that I know will be made under her guidance.
